Is Edmonton Valley Zoo successful at all????

For the last ten years the Valley has been close to be successful with their plans. They saved 50 animals & birds but in my opinion that is alot because their Zoo is not biggerand they are still developing but 3 animals died. And right now they are trying to save Lucy (elephant) because edmonton is cold and they can't protect Lucy from it they try everything they can like buying jackets for winter but it no use. They have to shift Lucy to US or donate her in Africa or Asia. If they keep her longer she gonna die, but until now they still have her and they didn't make any move to shift Lucy. Because doctors are trying to figure a way to save Lucy.
